Rollicking fun at the reception

The reception included lots of laughter, loads of chocolate from the dark and white chocolate fountains, and plenty of good fun.

Photos from our parents' weddings added a special touch to the cake table.
Instead of shoving cake in the face, David and I exchanged strawberries--chocolate-covered, of course.
I wound the strawberry round and round, and finally it ended up right in David's mouth. David then took another bite of the strawberry he fed me. When my brother-in-law said, "That's not your strawberry!" David spit a bit over the cake. Good thing he and I were the only ones partaking of it! Everyone else was enjoying cheesecake. :)
Our littlest family member actually slept through part of the celebration.

Another niece read the lyrics from "Some Enchanted Evening," dedicated from her new Uncle David to Aunt Suzie.

And now, in no special order, a number of beautiful moments. Many thanks to our good friends Twila and Natasha for snapping the photos for us! And thanks to good friends Mary and Kirsten who traveled from out of state. Brooke was such a gracious personal assistant. Julie and Dave made our celebration complete, and Janet, Julie, and Brenda made beautiful decorators! Our cousin Pam gave generously of her time and talent to make my wedding dress fit me beautifully. Thanks also to Sean and Julie for being our MCs. And our musician--well, he's in his own league. What a thrill to have him join us on our wedding day. We were so thrilled to spend our big day with so many amazing people.
