And now, the big event

"The plans of the Lord stand firm forever, the purposes of his heart to all generations."
Psalm 33:11

Beautiful woodwind, whistle music provided by our dear friend Cal. See his beautiful assortment of instruments left. He played both classical and worship music for our prelude.

Brother-in-law walks my sweet, brave mother to her seat.

Our best friends, Dave and Julie, go first.

And, ah, the little bell-ringers, literally down the aisle in 2 seconds flat.
This candle helped us remember dad--and even though we were missing him, it felt like he was there.
David helps his mother light a candle next to the unity candle.
Waiting for the bride's entrance...

Thanks be to God--Jack, who suffered a massive heart attack 4 weeks prior, recovered enough to walk me down the aisle. A true miracle!
Communion, prayer, and the lighting of the unity candle during a song called "Listen to Our Hearts." Followed by our vows, as David got "dust" in his eyes; a beautiful benediction as friends Brenda and Frank prayed over us.

And finally, man and wife, kiss!! Followed immediately by an "I Feel Good" James Brown sound effect. Then "Going to the Chapel and We're Going to Get Married!"
